State workers union points out $1B in PA budget savings

Hey, Ed Rendell, are you listening?

Pennsylvania unionized state workers have come up with a list of $1 billion in savings to help with Rendell's massive budget deficit.

Is it a ploy to save their own jobs? Probably, but give the union members credit for making the suggestions. It's more than the governor has done to solve the state's $3 billion deficit.
