Phila. unemployment almost 10%

When will the Obama recession end? Not soon enough for Philadelphia, which is approaching double-digit unemployment.

Philadelphia and Camden counties had the highest unemployment rates in the region in March, with jobless rates of 9.7 percent and 9.4 percent, respectively, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal.

More from the Journal:
In Pennsylvania, Chester County (6.1 percent) had the lowest unemployment rate in March, followed by Montgomery County (6.8 percent), Delaware County (7.2 percent), Bucks County (7.5 percent) and Philadelphia County (9.7 percent).
