John Forester is a big-time liberal who usually gets it wrong on most political issues, but he's right on the money in his latest column about what's wrong with the Pennsylvania Legislature.
"If expensive, wasteful Legislature traditions work and voters keep sending the same people back to the club, there probably won't be any effort to change," Forester writes.
