Poll: Tom Corbett 50%, Dan Onorato 39%

With the election three months away, Republican Tom Corbett continues to lead Democrat Dan Onorato in the race to succeed Ed Rendell, who just might be Onorato's biggest problem.

Rendell fatigue has set in and Onorato's entire campaign is to continue the failed policies of Ed Rendell.

Election 2010: Pennsylvania Governor

I look across the river and envy New Jerseyians for having such a great governor. Chris Christie came into office promising change, and thus far he has done so. School vouchers, frozen salaries, etc...how has he managed to accomplish so much in just months?

Meanwhile we are stuck with Ed Rendell. What does he actually do for the state? I want a governor who will combat outrageous government pensions, work to cut out wasteful spending, and put money where it needs to be. Pennsylvania has many problems which need addressing, and to accomplish long term fixes we need someone willing to get the job done. Sure, it may mean one term, but either a great job and help the state in four years, or worry about tenure and slash any likelihood of success in improving our state.

Anyway bravo on the post.
