That's what happened Tuesday when only 19 mayors of Pennsylvania cities gathered in the Rotunda of the state Capitol to show their support for Hillary Rodham Clinton, reports The Associated Press.
More than 100 mayors who back Clinton's bid for the Democratic Party nomination were scheduled to attend the event. Maybe they were all busy doing mayoral things.
Let's look on the bright side. There were placards with the names of 100 mayors supporting Sen. Clinton. Isn't that the same as a rally?
