The Obama administration predicted 375,000 Americans would enroll in a new program for those who could not qualify for health insurance because of pre-existing conditions.The number who enrolled so far? Just 8,000.
The problem? Most people cannot afford the $400 to $600 monthly premiums the program costs. And you thought Obamacare meant free health insurance, didn't you?
