From The Mercury: "Bally officer charged with assault on 4-year-old boy" A Bally police officer allegedly disciplined a 4-year-old boy who was visiting his home by hitting him with a metal carpenter's ruler. The cop faces assault-related charges in Montgomery County Court, according to the newspaper.
From the Reading Eagle: "NYPD rookie charged in holdup at Muhlenberg Township bank" The story says a NYC transit cop drove to Pennsylvania to rob a bank. He left the bank with more than $100,000 in cash before a local police officer stopped the vehicle and arrested the NYC cop without incident.
