Murtha challenger is not giving up

William Russell still wants to unseat John Murtha from the U.S. Congress.

The Republican was knocked off the April 22 primary ballot after Murtha challenged the number of signature's on Russell's nominating petition.

But Russell isn't giving up. He plans a write-in challenge to Murtha, the King of Congressional Pork and one of the leading advocates of surrender in Iraq.

If Russel can get 1,000 people to write his name on the GOP ballot on Tuesday, April 22, Russell could take on Murtha in November.

It's an uphill battle. Read more in The Tribune Democrat.
