Wolf overstates Pa. deficit to push for higher taxes

Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf has proposed $4.7 billion in new taxes, and claims he needs more revenue to deal with the state's $2.3 billion budget deficit. But an independent assessment of the state's finances shows a deficit of $1.5 billion. It appears Wolf wants to hit up Pennsylvania taxpayers so he can fund his liberal agenda.
