I often think of Forrest Gump when I see a picture of Nancy Pelosi.
What's really happening in the photo above: Sen. Arlen Specter, D-Pa., presented a giant Hershey's chocolate bar, with Independence Hall in relief, to Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi this afternoon to fulfill their NLCS wager. If you'll recall, the San Francisco Giants defeated the Philadelphia Phillies.
