Despite Early Uptake, Seasonal Flu Vaccination Rates are Similar to Last Year

More proof that government cannot be trusted to deliver quality health care to Americans.

Despite the best efforts of federal and state governments, there has been no improvement in the vaccination rates this year, says the National Foundation for Infectious Diseases.

As of the middle of November, about 32 percent of all U.S. adults and 37 percent of adults recommended to receive a flu vaccination had been vaccinated against seasonal influenza, according to a survey by the National Foundation for Infectious Diseases.
