PA State Rep. Tom Quigley Leads Push For Property Tax Reform

State Rep. Tom Quigley spent his last full day in Harrisburg working on property tax reform. Too bad voters in the 146th District failed to send Quigley back to the Legislature to continue the push to eliminate school property taxes in Pennsylvania.
