The Pennsylvania House of Representatives voted 140-to-49 Wednesday cut its own chamber from 203 seats to 153, and reduce the state Senate from 50 members to 38. Is there something in the water in Harrisburg? Why would 140 politicians agree to possibly eliminate their own jobs? I have a bad feeling this bill will never make it out of the Senate.
