How does something like this happen?
Wyomissing is the richest school district in Berks County with some of the highest paid teachers. I guess they didn't notice that their paychecks were a little bigger than normal?
And this comment from the head of the teachers' union: "I know this is an inconvenience but consider this mistake a two-month interest-free loan from the district."
Does anyone care about the taxpayers? Apparently not.
