Pa. maintains crime safety ranking, N.J. and Del. fall

From the Philadelphia Business Journal:
Pennsylvania is just as safe as it was last year, according to the 2010 Crime State Rankings released by CQ Press on Monday.

Pennsylvania ranked 25th for a second consecutive year in the rankings, which compare the 50 states in more than 500 crime-related categories. New Jersey dropped three places in this year's rankings, indicating it became a bit less safe, to No. 16 and Delaware dropped 10 places to No. 44.
