Tyler Perry continues to dominate box office

Tyler Perry just may be the most bankable writer/producer/director/actor in Hollywood right now. Just put his name in front of a movie title and watch it open at No. 1.

"Tyler Perry's I Can Do Bad All By Myself" topped the box office this weekend with an estimated $24.0 million, according to BoxOfficeMojo.com

Two heavily-advertised films, "Sorority Row" and "Whiteout" tanked, failing to make the Top 5 and barely grossing $5 million each.
