Ironic isn't it? More than 190,000 Pennsylvania jobs have been lost in the past year. Many of them will never come back. Gov. Rendell is encouraging Pennsylvania firms to hire older workers. I'm guessing so they can earn some money to pay the state's onerous property taxes.
