Pennsylvanian residents are invited to comment on the 2011 update of the commonwealth's 12-Year Transportation Program during a series of public hearings scheduled by the State Transportation Commission.
The Transportation Program is updated every two years and serves as a "blueprint" of prioritized transportation projects, according to PennDOT officials.
