PennDOT Changes Age Requirement for Photo ID Cards

PennDOT is making photo ID cards available to Pennsylvania residents ages 10 and older. The previous minimum age for a photo ID card was 16.

I'm not sure why a 10-year-old needs a photo ID, but you better get in line at your nearest PennDOT Driver License Center to avoid the rush.
