Hate speech from Rep. Barney Frank?

I like this Letter to the Editor published in The Pottstown Mercury. It shows the hypocrisy of liberal politicians and the media that props them up.

Hate speech from Rep. Frank?

I understand that Congressman Barney Frank called Justice Anthony Scalia of the Supreme Court a "homophobic."

One might wonder, is it possible that calling Justice Scalia a "homophobic" is offensive "hate speech?"

Furthermore, at the same time, one could also wonder, if one were to call Congressman Barney Frank a homosodomite, would that be judged offensive hate speech?
