Tom Quigley happy to be back in the Pa. state capital

One of the smartest and most genuine elected official in Pennsylvania will return to the state Legislature in January after a two-year absence from Harrisburg.

I've gotten to know State Rep. Tom Quigley well over the past decade and if I could pick my own  state representative, my No. 1 choice would be Quigley.

Here's a highlight from a recent profile of Quigley in The Philadelphia Inquirer:

According to (Montgomery County GOP Chairman Mike) Vereb, "There is not a Republican in the House that did not want Tom back. It was the No. 1 priority for the MCRC and one of the top three for the House Republican Campaign Committee."
