Obama Has Lost the 'War on Porverty'

On Jan. 8, 2012, President Barack Obama has waived the white flag of surrender. Despite 48 years of government action and trillions of dollars spent to eliminate "poverty," the poverty rate in the United States has reached an all-time high under Barack Obama.
