After sitting on their hands for eight years under Democratic Gov. Ed Rendell and watching 200,000 jobs disappear, Pennsylvania Senate Dems say they have a plan to create 80,000 "shovel-ready" new jobs.
The catch? Higher taxes.
Sounds like a mini-version of Obama's plan.
