Forty-four percent approve of his leadership, and 6 percent are undecided, according to the survey by Susquehanna Polling & Research of Harrisburg, conducted from Dec. 27 to Sunday. The poll of 800 voters has a margin of error of 3.46 percent. Fifty-one percent of those polled are registered Democrats, and 38 percent are Republicans.
