State House candidate unveils plan to help taxpayers

Shannon Royer, the Republican candidate for the 156th state House District in Chester County, has released an economic and spending reform plan.

"During these uncertain times, Pennsylvanians want government to tighten its belt, spend their money wisely and provide tax relief wherever possible," Royer writes in an op-ed published in the West Chester Daily Local News. "This plan will achieve that goal."
