You see some strange things at the mall, but this one is going a bit too far.
A Montgomery County man was sentenced to five years probation after he exposed his private parts near the food court of the Montgomery Mall.
The man was wearing garter straps at the time of the incident.
He told police his girlfriend dared him to do it. A judge didn't think it was funny.
The man is not only on probation, but the judge ordered that he be supervised by members of the county Adult Probation Department's sex offender unit during the probationary period.
Under such intensive supervision, probation officers can make unannounced visits to offenders' homes and can require offenders to complete counseling, says reporter Carl Hessler Jr.
